Daily Schedule

9:00am-9:30am

Morning Welcome

We will begin each day with a 30 minute morning welcome. Our entire candidate and vendor pool will be required to attend. During this time

 

  • A sponsored organization will have 15 minutes to present to our audience

  • A gold-sponsored vendor will have 15 minutes to present to our audience

  • A brief overview of our vendors will be presented to our candidate pool

  • Candidates will have the opportunity to learn in-depth about upcoming Career Fair events

9:30am-12:00pm

Open Career Fair

This time is designed for vendors to create an introduction to their firm for potential candidates. Vendors will be able to present the following:

  • An overview of their company and positions for hire

  • The firm’s current diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives

  • An overview of the company profile within the specific industry

  • Q & A with a representative from the firm for candidates

  • Virtual One on One Interviews will be conducted

12pm-1pm

Lunch & Learn Platinum Panel

During the lunch hour, we are creating a space for organizations, vendors and candidates to learn more about the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives within their specific industry. Platinum sponsors will have the chance to connect with our wide audience during a 1-hour interactive panel with a webinar-style format.

1pm-1:30pm

Closing Remarks

We will conclude each day with our 30-minute closing remarks. Our entire candidate and vendor pool will be required to attend. During this time,

 

  • A sponsored organization will have 15 minutes to present to our audience

  • A gold-sponsored vendor will have 15 minutes to present to our audience

  • A brief overview of our vendors’ points of contact for our candidates

  • Closing remarks from the Diverse Talent Team

2pm-3:30pm

Open Career Fair Continued

This time is designed for vendors to create an introduction to their firm for potential candidates. Vendors will be able to present the following:

  • An overview of their company and positions for hire

  • The firm’s current diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives

  • An overview of the company profile within the specific industry

  • Q & A with a representative from the firm for candidates

  • Virtual One on One interviews will be conducted
