The firm specializes in divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, and other family-related matters. They are looking for a motivated and passionate Family Law Associate Attorney to join their team and help them build the firm from the ground up.

- Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, and other family law issues.
- Draft, review, and file legal documents such as petitions, motions, pleadings, and discovery requests.
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials.
- Manage a caseload effectively while ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients.
- Negotiate settlements and work towards resolution of family law disputes.
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies that align with the firm's values and client-focused approach.
- Participate in the growth and development of the firm, contributing ideas and efforts to improve practices, marketing, and client outreach.
- Stay up to date on developments in family law and related areas.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Colorado.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in family law.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong client service orientation, with a compassionate and empathetic approach to client needs.
- Ability to manage cases independently and efficiently, with keen attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, proactive work ethic, and enthusiasm for contributing to a growing firm.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
- Experience with family law software and case management systems is a plus.
