Litigation Paralegal
Compensation: $55,000-90,000
Diverse Talent has partnered with HKM Employment Attorneys LLP to place their next
Litigation Paralegal. HKM is a national employment law firm based in Denver, CO, that offers
representation for individuals and workers in all aspects of employment law, regardless of the
industry. We are committed to providing honest and dedicated legal representation for each of
our clients.
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Litigation Paralegal (fully remote may be an option). The
Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for calendaring, legal document preparation, document
review, legal research, pleadings and motions preparation, and general paralegal support.
Qualifications:
- Experience with legal document preparation and document review.
- Strong understanding of rules of civil procedure is essential.
- Experience with pleadings and motions preparation.
- Experience with calculating and calendaring deadlines is essential.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certification preferred.
- Experience in employment law is a plus.
- Bilingual is also a plus.
- Consistent and recent work history as a litigation paralegal.
