Compensation: $110,000-200,000

Qualifications:

5 or more years of experience in:

Defending employers in lawsuits alleging violations of employment laws, including Title VII, ADEA, ADA, FMLA, Wage and Hour, and ERISA Benefit Litigation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to represent clients in court/arbitrations.
Strong research and writing skills.
The ideal candidate has experience handling certain aspects of litigation to include:
Interviewing witnesses.
Reviewing electronically stored documents
Drafting pleadings.
Drafting motions and briefs.
Conducting and defending depositions.
Attending court appearances.
Must be barred in California.
Plus, if barred in Nevada but not required.

Litigation Associate

Compensation: $110,000-200,000

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in one or more of the following practice areas: Construction Litigation, Public Entity, Product Liability, and Bodily Injury.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to represent clients in court/arbitrations.
Strong research and writing skills.
The ideal candidate has experience handling certain aspects of litigation to include:
Interviewing witnesses.
Reviewing electronically stored documents. o Drafting pleadings.
Drafting motions and briefs.
Conducting and defending depositions.
Attending court appearances.
Must be barred in California.
Plus, if barred in Nevada but not required.
